Bank transfer at BK7 from your phone
A bank transfer is familiar to anyone with a bank account, and on a phone it has an advantage: you already use your banking app for everything else. It does demand care at one point — copying the destination details accurately from one app to another. This guide explains how to do that without mistakes and how the reverse route works when the operator pays out a withdrawal.
Available methods and limits depend on the operator and your account type — check the cashier.
Go to the offerDepositing by bank transfer from a phone
- In the cashier, choose bank transfer and the amount. It will show destination details and sometimes a reference code or exact amount to identify your payment.
- Copy each detail with the copy button, if there is one, instead of typing.
- Open your banking app, add the payee or use a one-off transfer, paste the details and double-check the account number.
- If the cashier gave a reference, put it in the reference field exactly as shown.
- Approve, then screenshot the receipt.
- Go back to the cashier and, if asked, confirm the payment or upload the receipt.
Withdrawals to your bank account
When you withdraw by transfer, the operator sends the money to an account in your name. Identity verification is usually required before the first withdrawal. Enter your account details carefully: a single wrong digit can bounce the payment and delay it by days. Two clocks run between request and arrival — the operator's approval and the bank's processing — and neither is published here as fixed. The full process is in the withdrawal guide.
Why a payment gets declined
Transfers rarely get declined outright, but they can go unmatched: a missing reference, a different amount or a sender name that does not match the casino account. Each of these leaves the payment waiting for manual review.
Fees: who charges what
Whether a transfer costs anything depends on your bank and plan; international transfers are more likely to carry fees. The operator may list its own fees in the cashier. Check both.
If a payment gets stuck
Do not send it again. Gather the receipt, the reference and the time, and contact support. Most stuck transfers are matching problems, not lost money.
What is on your side
Accounts in your own name, details pasted not typed, the reference included and the receipt saved. Save the operator as a payee only after the first payment has arrived.
