Mastercard at BK7 from your phone
Mastercard is, alongside Visa, the most common card in people's wallets, and almost every casino cashier supports it in some form. On a phone, the payment goes through in seconds when bank authentication works — and can get stuck halfway when it does not. This guide focuses on that moment and on what follows when you want to withdraw.
Available methods and limits depend on the operator and your account type — check the cashier.
Go to the offerDepositing with Mastercard from a phone
- Choose card or Mastercard in the cashier and enter the amount.
- Fill in the card details. If a password manager autofills them, check the number before continuing.
- Authenticate in your banking app or with the code you receive.
- Return to the casino tab, wait for confirmation and screenshot the receipt.
If a payment gets stuck
On a phone, authentication is easily interrupted: a call comes in, the banking app wants an update or the screen locks. If the cashier shows an error when you return, before retrying: check the banking app to see whether the charge is complete or pending; if it is there and the casino balance has not changed, do not pay again — contact support with a screenshot of the charge; if it is not there, try once more on stable Wi-Fi or good signal.
From a phone
Keep the banking app signed in and updated, allow its notifications and avoid switching apps more than necessary while a payment is in progress.
Fees: who charges what
The operator may list a fee in the cashier; your bank may charge for certain card transactions, such as foreign-currency payments. Check both before you deposit.
Limits, timing and why they differ
Operator deposit limits and bank card limits apply side by side. The lower of the two wins.
Withdrawing: card or bank account
A withdrawal may go back to the card or to a bank account in your name, depending on what the operator and your card issuer allow. Before the first withdrawal, operators usually ask for identity verification and sometimes a photo of the card with digits covered except the last four. If you deposited with a prepaid card, check early how you would withdraw, because many prepaid cards cannot receive funds. More in the withdrawal guide.
What is on your side
Three brakes that work: a deposit limit in the casino account, if offered; your bank's purchase alerts; and, if your bank allows it, blocking gambling merchants or online purchases for a while from its app. Never share an authentication code with anyone, even someone claiming to be from the casino or bank — no legitimate support team asks for it.
